· Take Interstate 95 South to Interstate 476 North/West
· Drive North on I 476 approximately 20 miles to the PA Turnpike (TPK)
· Take the PA TPK east (toward New Jersey) to exit 27/Willow Grove
 (When exiting the PA TPK stay to the left and take Route 611 South to Abington Memorial Hospital or keep right if going to Days Inn)
· Follow Rt. 611 South about 5 miles. Abington Memorial Hospital is on the right.

As you pass AMH turn right onto Horace Avenue. The main entrance with valet parking is on the right.

· Take the NJ TPK South to the PA TPK connection
· Drive west on the PA TPK to the third exit (exit 27/Willow Grove)
· Follow directions from PA TPK above


BY CAR FROM HARRISBURG AND WEST

· Take the PA TPK east (Route 76)

Note--near Valley Forge Exit the turnpike divides and the route number for the turnpike becomes 276.

· Continue driving east on PA TPK (Route 276) to exit 27/Willow Grove
· Follow directions from PA TPK above

· Take the R1 (train) from the Airport to 30th Street Station
· At 30th Street Station board the R3 Trenton Line and get off at Noble Station
· Take the 55 bus north to Abington Memorial Hospital

· Please note...if you are going to the Days Inn -- take the from 30th Street Station board the train to Warminster and get off at Willow Grove. From Willow Grove you will need to take a bus which travels north on Route 611 (Easton Road) or a Taxi. It is about 3 miles from the train station to the Days Inn.

 

TRAVEL BY TRAILWAYS (BUS)

· Most travelers choose to come into Philadelphia rather than Willow Grove when coming by bus. Although there is a bus "terminal" at Willow Grove, it only a stop in a remote area where there is no transportation or phone.

· Since Abington is located between Philadelphia (closest city) and New York City some travelers from New York find it easier to make their way to the JFK airport or the Newark airport. From either airport you can get a ride on Dave's Best Limo service to the Days Inn or Abington Memorial Hospital. The charge from these airports is $40.00 one way or $65.00 round trip. You must call first to make arrangements -- Dave's Best Limo 215-288-1000. Do no contact Tropiano for this service as their charge from JFK in NYC is $245.00 or $175.00 from Newark.

· The Horsham Days Inn is located one half mile north of the PA TPK Exit 27 on Route 611

· If you have a reservation at the Days Inn is not guaranteed for late arrival. If you will be checking in after 5:30 PM please be sure to call the Days Inn directly to inform them of your plans.
