1.      Consider processes of care at AMH and then review examples from 
  www.baddesigns.com (for example purposes only)

2.      Identify a human factor issue that needs to be addressed by redesign at AMH.  
   - Consider SCM, PACS, Alpha, other software, hardware IV pumps, patient beds,
      physical plant etc

3.      Record an example of a human factor that needs to be addressed and share with EIP teams on rounds
